Removed RCS keywords. With CVS, these did little else than reuslt in
needless rebuilding of files after making commits and causing conflicts
when merging between branches. With Subversion, at least the merge conflicts
are gone. Nevertheless, I do not see any real purpose in keeping the RCS
keywords in place.
