MFT r20100: When the module version number changes, we clean up instlinks,

but we have not been cleaning up the module's lib(64) directory
where the actual binaries live. This has resulted in old versions
of shared libraries and plug-ins sitting around consuming space
but going unnoticed because the symlinks that would have
referred to them in instlinks/lib(64) were properly removed.
