"Favorites" in VRJConfig open dialogs

It would be nice to have a button in the file dialogs of VRJConfig that would go to a "favorites" directory or list of directories. This would be useful because most people only deal with files in a small number of locations (ie. my config directory, global config dir, application description directory, etc). Having an easy and quick way to get to these locations would really help users move around easier. This is similar to the My Documents directory and "favorites" directory in the MS Office file dialog.
