Q: How do I make a new FAQ entry?

You have this "Live FAQ" thing, but I don't know how to make a new entry for my question.

NOTE: Be sure to type in a short version of your question in the form below. That version is the one used in the index.

A: Get a Wiki account, create a page, and edit the new page

First, you must register on the Juggler Wiki site. Use the .TWikiRegistration page to register yourself.

Once registered, you can create a new page on the Juggler Wiki for your question. Simply fill in the submission box with a .WikiWord?, You must use a .WikiWord?, so be sure you understand what that means.

When you click the "Create topic" button, you will be presented with a pre-formatted Wiki edit form. Do not erase the contents of the form. The steps to fill out the form are easy:

1 Fill in your question on the Q: line. 1 Replace the text <details descrip, maybe some code> with a more detailed version of your question. 1 Choose a category for your topic from the FaqTopic pull-down menu. 1 Copy your question (or a shorter version of it) from the Q: line into the ShortQuestion box at the bottom of the page. 1 Click the "Preview Changes" button and then the "Save Changes" button on the preview page.
